About Tashkent Medical Academy, Uzbekistan:

Tashkent Medical Academy was established in 1935 to train medical doctors, pharmacists, and hygienists. Two medical universities were established in the 1990s based on the existing institutions. The academy was established on July 19, 2005, based on Decree No. 3629 by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It has 6 faculties, 50 social-humanitarian, medical-biological, and clinical departments, a central research laboratory, and an excellent medical history museum. About 1,000 teachers work in Tashkent Medical Academy departments, including 190 doctors of science and over 600 candidates of science, academicians, and distinguished doctors and educational workers.

  • A minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) subjects in Class 12th is required.
  • Cleared NEET UG exam.
  • OBC, SC, and ST candidates need 40% marks with PCB.
  • Primary subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
  • NEET scorecard must be 3 years old.
